The Duchess's Night At The National Portrait Gallery
The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in London last night for the National Portrait Gallery’s fourth portrait gala. She was joined at the prestigious event by Alexa Chung, chair of the portrait gala committee, as well as notable names from the realms of arts and culture – including Erdem Moralioglu, Rosamund Pike, Samantha Cameron, Laura Bailey and Arizona Muse. Guests were treated to live music and given full run of the gallery, for which the Duchess is patron, including the first viewing of exclusive artworks that are being sold to fundraise for the NPG’s future work. 10 unique masks created by the likes of Vivienne Westwood and Philip Treacy were on display, as well as a Mystery Portrait Postcards sale of 100 new postcard-sized works by artists and celebrities.
